A decade of listening
to what the body knows.
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and somatic practitioner based in Salt Lake City. My work blends clinical precision with nervous-system-informed care — for people ready to work with their body's wisdom, not just manage its symptoms.

From structural relief to integrative healing.
My work has evolved over a decade of experience in therapeutic massage, medical and sports bodywork, craniosacral therapy, and intuitive energy work. What began as a structural approach to pain relief and injury recovery has deepened into a holistic practice rooted in nervous system regulation and integrative healing.
Today, my sessions are designed to support the body and the psyche. I combine clinical precision with somatic presence, using a blend of manual therapy, craniosacral techniques, acupressure, and subtle energy work to meet each client exactly where they are — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
At the core of my approach is the belief that the nervous system is the gateway to healing.
When we bring the body into a regulated state, we create the conditions for deeper repair — both in the tissues and in the mind. Whether you are navigating chronic tension, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or simply seeking greater connection to your body's wisdom, our work together can help you return to a more grounded, resilient state of being.
Healing is something we invite, not force.
My sessions aren't about fixing — they are about creating intentional spaces for attunement, release, and integration. I see each client as an active participant in their healing process and tailor every session to what their system is asking for that day.
I don't believe healing is something we "do" to the body. I believe it's something we invite — by creating the right conditions of presence, safety, and choice.
My intention is to help you become more aware of your body's messages, more attuned to your natural rhythm, and more empowered in your own healing.
A practice built on continued study.
My training spans clinical bodywork, craniosacral and energy-based modalities, and coaching — each adding a layer to how I work with the body and nervous system together.
A practice shaped by presence.
I work with a limited number of clients so that I can be fully present with each person I see — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Sessions are by appointment, weekdays with occasional Saturdays, in a private studio in Salt Lake City.
If you're navigating chronic tension, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or simply want a deeper connection to your body's wisdom, I'd like to talk. I offer 60-minute coaching sessions, 90-minute bodywork sessions, and 120-minute medicine support sessions.
The things I hold onto
no matter what.
The nervous system leads
The body will only let go of tension when it feels safe to do so. So creating safety — in touch, in pace, in how I communicate — is the most important technical skill I have.
Consent is not optional
I check in at the start of every session, and I'll check in again if something shifts. A yes at the beginning doesn't mean yes to everything. Nothing happens without a clear yes.
Less is often more
The instinct in bodywork is often to do more, go deeper, work harder. But the nervous system responds to subtlety. Some of the most powerful moments in a session are the quietest ones.
No protocol, just presence
I don't follow a script. Every body is different, and every session is different. I follow what's present in your tissue and nervous system — not a sequence I decided on before you arrived.
You are not broken
Chronic pain, holding patterns, nervous system activation — these are adaptations, not failures. I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to work with what's already intelligent in you.
This work takes time
One session can do something real. But the most lasting changes come through a relationship built over time — where your body knows mine, and we've developed a shared language for what's present.
Let's see what your
body has to say.
