Sessions and pricing

Where would you like to begin?

Three sessions, one practice. Bodywork in person in Millcreek; Somatic Awareness and Coaching in person or online.

Not sure which one?

The question I ask first

What is your intention, or what is the outcome you’re hoping to have after we work with each other for the hour?

And then, usually, which of these sounds closer:

All hands-on work is a 90-minute session. An hour isn’t enough time to work properly and still let your nervous system settle into it, so I don’t offer a shorter one.

Packages

When the work builds

You’re welcome to book a single session, always. This work tends to build, and most people find the second and third sessions go further than the first.

A recommendation, not a requirement. Packages can be used across session types and expire one year from purchase. Ask me about one after your first session.

In-session support

Another person in the room

Some people do better with another person in the room during a medicine session at their clinic. Someone whose only job is to be there.

Your provider runs the session and holds everything clinical. I don’t administer or handle medicine, and I don’t guide the experience or interpret what’s happening for you. Mostly I observe. If you need an anchor, that might be a hand to hold, or my voice reminding you that I’m here and you’re not alone.

Pricing depends on the length of the session and where it takes place, so reach out and we’ll talk it through. Your clinic will need to allow a support person in the room.
